Do I have to own a Salon to purchase from Elite Salon Supplies?

No, you can purchase from us if you are a Therapist who works from home, are a Beauty Student or a Therapist. You will need to fill out a wholesale application form before you can start purchasing from Elite Salon Supplies but it is a once off application so that we can check you are able to use the professional products we supply.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

This depends on where you live. If you live in the Metro area and spend over $199 on your order then your delivery will be free and delivered to your door within 48 hours. 

Can I collect my orders?

Yes there is a Pick up In Store option at the checkout online, or you can call us and we will pack your order and have it ready for collection within 1 hour.

How can I find out your training dates?

We will always have our training details online and on our Facebook Page. You will also receive an email of up and coming training & events and of course you can always call us we are happy to assist with specialised training in any way we can.

Can I hire your training facility?

Yes, you certainly can. We hire our facilities on a daily rate & are happy to assist you with your own training, staff meetings or conferences that you wish to hold at our training centre. We also provide this facility to Product Companies, especially those travelling from over east, who require the perfect set up to hold their training. Do you have Trained Beauty Therapists on site to assist with my purchase?

We most certainly do. We have qualified Therapists ready to assist you with product knowledge and advise on new products in the industry, how they work and how you can offer these to your Clients. We are here to help in any way we can.
