Elite Salon Supplies is a wholesale distributer trading to the Beauty Industry.

Conditions of Sale

By accepting our products you accept our trading terms and conditions.

All goods supplied remain the property of Elite Salon Supplies until paid in full.

Note, all prices include GST and may change without prior notice due to Increasing freight & supplier increase charges.

No claim in respect of goods will be recognised by us unless made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Only Products sent by us in error or faulty products will be recognised for return. Products can’t be returned if the customer has a change of mind. (Please view our Refund Policy).

Purchasing and Accounts Information

All Products purchased instore need to be paid for at the time of purchase unless you have been approved to be on account. We do accept cheques however we may require additional information and can refuse payment by cheque at anytime.

All online purchases need to be paid for at the time of purchase by Credit Card.

If on account, Customers must pay invoiced amount by the date stated on the invoice. Accounts are provided out of goodwill and respect for on-time payments is required. A 6 month trading history is required before account status is provided and is based on monthly regular purchases totaling $3000. All invoices state the payment date. Abused accounts will be revoked and will be placed on a COD basis. Any outstanding amounts will be sent to a collection agency where credit history could be affected. All costs incurred in the collection of outstanding debts are the responsibility of the debtor. An account keeping fee of $10 per month will apply to overdue accounts.

Accounts must be kept within terms or subsequent orders will be held till payment.

Dishonored Cheques will incur a dishonor fee of $30
